1. Information we collect
When you use the AITransX website, console or API, we process information according to the features you use:
- Account and transaction information: your registration email, password hash, third-party sign-in identifiers, API key identifiers and verification data, balance, recharge orders and payment results.
- Request and security records: request IDs, models and providers used, status, usage, charges, IP addresses and errors. Security checks may also use browser information and registration activity.
- Preferences: your chosen page language, appearance, models, parameters and privacy choices. Workspace sync restores appearance and model settings through your account; it does not sync conversations, images, attachments or API keys.
- Information you submit: model request content, shared content, support tickets and screenshots. If you subscribe to push notifications, we also store the push endpoint, notification keys, language and browser identifier.
2. Conversations, files and shared content
To fulfill a request, we send your prompts, relevant conversation context, images or file content to the corresponding model provider. Web features also send search queries and page URLs to the relevant search or page-reading service.
Web chat history is primarily stored in your current browser, and drafts may be stored temporarily on your device. Chat and image generation results are cached briefly on the server for viewing and task recovery. Routine usage logs do not store complete conversations, but troubleshooting records may contain portions of errors returned by upstream providers.
When you create a share link, the selected text and media are stored on the server. Anyone with the link can view them while it is valid, and you can delete the share. Support ticket content and uploaded screenshots are also stored so we can address your issue.
3. How we use information
We use relevant information to provide model and account services, verify identity, calculate usage and charges, process payments, notifications and support requests, restore your chosen language and settings, and identify unusual access, fraud or promotional credit abuse.
With your permission, we record the page categories you visit while signed in, visit counts and approximate active time to understand feature usage and improve the experience. These optional statistics exclude conversations and uploads. Declining does not affect sign-in, model requests or billing.
4. Service providers and sharing
Third-party providers support some features. When you use those features, providers process the information needed to deliver them, including:
- Model, search and page-reading providers: process the text, images, files, queries or URLs in your requests and return results.
- Sign-in, payment and notification providers: handle identity verification, payment processing, or recipient addresses, push identifiers and message content as applicable.
- Security assessment providers: when registration credit risk assessment is enabled, a risk model may process email addresses and email characteristics, IP addresses and network ranges, browser information, and recent registration and credit statistics to help assess promotional credit eligibility.
Third-party processing is also subject to those providers' privacy policies and terms. Choose models and features appropriate to your needs, and avoid submitting information you are not authorized to process or that is unsuitable for external processing.
6. How long we retain information
We retain account, order, request and support records as needed to deliver services, reconcile transactions, resolve disputes and protect account security. Retention periods vary by record type. You can request access or deletion using the contact details below.
Optional page statistics cover the most recent 30 days. Chat and image task caches generally expire about one hour after completion. Share links can be valid for 24 hours or 7 days, and you can delete them earlier. Risk event records are retained for 180 days under the current configuration.
Your browser manages locally stored conversations and drafts. Clearing site data or uninstalling the browser may remove them. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete account settings, shares or support records stored on the server.
7. Information security
We use measures such as password hashing, access controls, and session and request security checks to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and API keys secure; if you suspect exposure, replace or revoke the credentials and contact support.
8. Your choices and rights
You can change cookie preferences, disable optional analytics, manage workspace sync, delete your shares and clear local conversations in your browser. When you explicitly switch the page language, we remember it locally and, when signed in, in your account for future sign-ins.
To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or raise another privacy request, contact us by email or support ticket. We will verify your identity and handle the request under applicable requirements. If records must be retained for transaction reconciliation, security or another necessary purpose, we will explain this when handling the request.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service and our data practices change. The current policy and effective information appear on this page, where you can also review how information is handled before using new features.
For questions about this policy or the handling of personal information, contact us through a support ticket or email: support@aitransx.com
