These practical terms explain how trial credit, API keys, billing and abuse controls work for the gateway.

You are responsible for requests made with your API keys and for complying with provider policies and applicable laws.
The account uses one prepaid balance. Before the first top-up, promotional credit is limited to eligible trial models; topping up unlocks the standard provider and model pool. Requests are charged using the model's applicable unit, published rate and configured service fee.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case for unused paid balance. Completed API usage, promotional credit and policy-violating traffic are excluded.
AITransX depends on configured upstream providers and network availability. Routes can be delayed, unavailable or changed when providers fail or require review.
AITransX may rate limit, disable accounts, revoke keys or block routes when traffic appears abusive, unsafe or harmful to service reliability.
We may restrict routes, revoke keys or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, or protection of the service and other users. Where legally and operationally possible, we will explain the reason or offer a review path.
Prices are denominated in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoice, receipt and enterprise settlement availability is governed by the payment page or a written agreement.
The service depends on third-party models and networks, and outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must validate output in production and high-risk uses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Material changes will be announced through the site, account notices or email, with an updated version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; otherwise stop using the service and contact support about account or balance matters.
